Astral Adventures
When spirituality & creativity collide
I guess you could say I have two passions in life: writing and meditating.
For me…these are blended. Story ideas come from life, and part of my life is spent in meditation.
In 2021, I started my YouTube channel, Astronaut of Life, and began making guided meditations. I had spent much of that year in deep meditation and had learned to astral travel through it. I was also writing a sci-fi novel that year…
And then an idea came…and it felt BIG.
That idea was for a meditation series called Astral Adventures.
My idea was (to me) simple: create a storytelling-like series that guides the listener into astral traveling while making it feel like they are going on a space adventure.
While it is all symbolic…it works.
Episode one is about setting your intentions and understanding your why (why do you want to astral travel?)
Two is exploring your spaceship (protection and merkaba activation)
Three is meeting your crew (spirit guides).
Four is putting on your spacesuit (astral body activation).
Five is going on your first mission (just to the moon, think of it as a training exercise).
The rest of the meditations (22 in all) are missions/places to astral-travel to.
For me, this project was a cool-ass blend of my sci-fi writer creative side and wanting to walk listeners through a way to learn astral travel in a choose-your-own-adventure type way.
I view this series (and all my guided meditations really) as spiritual art. I’m under the impression all art is intuitive…and comes when we tap into a space…that really (to me) can’t be defined. Be it within us…or “outside” us.
We are all walking cosmos.
This series reminds me of the excitement you get when you have what feels to be a BIG idea.
The joy that comes from bringing into being…
How many years later…I care about this series just as much as I did when I was creating it.
I haven’t had an idea like it since.
But never say never…
Astronaut of Life is a place for explorers of life, both inward and outward. Exploring who we are and how to live life embodied in love, security, and wisdom.
To me, an astronaut is more than just someone who goes into space. It is a symbol for the exploration of the unknown. There is bravery there, risk, and wonder.
Is this not how we should view life??
This is my approach to life. As an avid traveler, both on Earth and in the other dimensions, I find life full of wonder.
Go inward to explore.
